Meet the dedicated team of volunteers who give of their time, talent and treasure to the Y. This group of dynamic, cause-driven leaders work side-by-side with our team to guide the YMCA’s efforts to bring about meaningful change in our community.
Jeff Andresen
President/CEO
Jeff Andresen is the President / CEO of the YMCA of Central Texas. He is the former Senior Vice President of Operations & Special Projects at the Valley of the Sun YMCA in Arizona. While in Phoenix, he was responsible for over $30 million in facility expansions. His Y career spans over 30 years while holding positions at Ys in Wyoming and Hawaii.
Currently, Andresen is in charge of developing and expanding opportunities for the YMCA of Central Texas. He is also responsible for current Y management, providing leadership and supervision for all current Y health & wellness locations/departments, as well as expansion of facilities throughout Central Texas.
Andresen holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montana State University and was a two-time All-American gymnast while he was there. He and his wife Tammy have four children: Kolbi, Taylor, Bailee, and Treyton.
