RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s a fun, low impact workout that burns a lot of calories and gets you fit. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results, Sprint™ is a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. Indoor cycling class using different levels of resistance to take participants through different terrains and intensities. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to allow for set up.

Rip & Ride

In this class instructors will combine the intense cardio of a cycle class with the strengthening benefits of resistance training exercise. This is a great class for participants of all fitness levels as intensity can be increased or decreased depending on the student.
