Les Mills BodyCombat

Les Mills BodyCombat®, a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout, is completely non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.

Les Mills BodyStep

Les Mills BodyStep® is a workout where you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there are heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Les Mills Tone

Les Mills Tone® is a mix of cardio, resistance and core while playing with different training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts. If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training, this is it! A challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises.


HIIT is a workout that requires bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery. It’s almost like taking an hour-long workout with moderate intensity, and squeezing it all into a period of time ranging from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the workout.
