Learn how to train for a specific event, change up your current routine, or learn new exercise moves in any of these programs. Reach your fitness goals with either the help of a one-on-one personal training programs or the support of our group training programs that create a motivational environment. Seasoned athletes, rookies, and all other fitness levels are welcome!

These individual training sessions are for anyone interested in learning how to make the most of their workouts. Whether you need to lose weight, tone up, train for a specific event, or change your current exercise routine, these sessions will allow you to benefit one-on-one with your trainer at an affordable price. We also offer Small Group Personal Training for those interested in group training sessions.

Offering you a chance to interface with a personal trainer at a very affordable price, our small group training differs from our regularly-scheduled classes in that the purpose of the training is specific to the goals of the class participants. Training sessions are limited to 4-10 people, so sign up early to reserve your spot. Remember to invite your friends to join you!

Allow our Get Fit Coaches to introduce you to FastForward Fitness powered by ActivTrax! This FREE program will create a new workout for you each time you visit the Y to keep things fresh, interesting, and to make sure you’re making progress toward meeting your personal goals. It will tell you which pieces of equipment to use, how to set the weights, and how long to rest between sets. There’s even an online exercise library that shows you how to perform the exercises correctly as well as meal plans and grocery lists! Completing this one-on-one course allows kids 9 & up to enter the Wellness Center accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This is a great class that will introduce your children to more fitness as well as the proper use of fitness equipment, proper etiquette, form, and nutrition! Ask the Member Services Desk for more details, we know your teen will love this type of training.
