A class for those interested in a gentle, less intense and restorative Yoga practice, perfect for the beginner. The class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well slower paced movements to build strength, flexibility and balance. Each class ends with a period of restorative relaxation to release tension and calm the nervous system.
