Our dedicated staff ensures safety and supervision, allowing parents and guardians to trust that their children are in good hands.

Camp ABC's

  • Accomplishment
  • Belonging
  • Character

Campers gain a sense of accomplishment by trying new activities, overcoming challenges, conquering fears, and learning skills. Not only do we value accomplishment, but we also celebrate persistence and the “I can do this” mindset. These real-world accomplishments raise the self-confidence and self-esteem of each camper.

Making new friends and being a good friend helps campers develop a sense of belonging and creates a camp culture of inclusiveness. At each YMCA Camp, every camper is a valued and important member of our camp community.

Character traits and values are discussed in many ways at camp. YMCA Camp places an emphasis on learning, perseverance, and striving to be your best self. Our core values of Honesty, Caring, Respect, and Responsibility are the foundation on which our summer camp programs are built. Our staff not only talk about these values, but they also model them every second of the day and praise these values when they see them.

What We Love About Camp!

I love Camp Round Rock because I like to do activities like rock wall all summer long! I also enjoy seeing old friends and making new ones.

— Isabella (4-year camper)

I have been coming to camp for 10 years. It is what I look forward to every year and coming to make new friends.

— Riley (C.I.T.)

I like going down the water slide and zoom flume! It has been a great summer making new friends and playing on the playground with them.
