Group Exercise

With the strength of a group, the Y offers several FREE Group Exercise Classes (for members and day-use facility participants) each week to help you maximize your workout and achieve your fitness goals. All of our group exercise classes are ongoing, so you can start at any time! Check out our latest class schedules at the Member Services Desk of your home branch. Below, our classes are broken up by the type of classes we offer. We also offer several Small Group Fitness Classes (water classes included) for an additional fee. Please check out our training programs page if interested in one of those.

Group Exercise Classes

Cardio

Cardio classes energize and elevate your heart rate, varying in intensity. Reap numerous health benefits, including calorie burning and heart and lung strengthening.

Cycle

Stationary cycling offers low-impact cardio, reducing fat, blood pressure, and cholesterol. It combats stress, depression, and mental health challenges. Indoor cycling boosts calorie burn, strengthens the lower body, and tones legs.

Strength Training

Our strength training classes boost muscular strength, balance, and endurance across levels. Utilizing diverse equipment, these sessions empower you to become stronger.

Water Fitness

Exercise stress-free on your joints, boost cardiovascular endurance, and build core strength. Water Fitness is ideal for all fitness levels, particularly those with arthritis or joint discomfort.
