As the largest youth and family service organization in Williamson and surrounding counties, the YMCA of Central Texas serves over 445,000 program participants each year.
The association has four health & wellness centers and a licensed child care department to account for over 600 staff members throughout the county.

The Licensed Child Care Programs are licensed by the Department of Family and Protective Services, and their staff members undergo additional state licensing and FBI fingerprint background checks.
The YMCA of Central Texas is a drug-free workplace, and all staff members undergo a drug screening in their first 90 days of employment and are subject to random drug screens and background checks throughout their employment.
The YMCA of Central Texas Employee Handbook outlines employment policies and procedures adopted to ensure fair and equal treatment for all.
