Health & Fitness Programs

Group Exercise

The Y offers several FREE Group Exercise Classes (for members and day-use facility participants) each week to help you maximize your workouts and achieve your fitness goals with the strength of a group.

Training Programs

Reach your fitness goals with either the help of a one-on-one personal training program or the support of our group training programs that create a motivational environment.

Active Older Adults

Our Active Older Adults Classes concentrate on improving strength and flexibility so daily living activities become easier. It’s a fun way for people ages 55+ to stay in shape and increase social interaction.  

Adult Sports

This is a great way to stay fit all while having fun. Adult leagues (16+) are geared towards connecting our community members together through sport.
